Transactions carried out in the last year include:
- Acquisition by an AIM-listed plc of a technology company for £10.75m constituting a ‘reverse takeover’.
- Sale of a confectionary company for £3m.
- Acted for management in secondary buyout following £484m sale to Land Securities.
- Acquisition of an engineering company for £2.2m.
- Flotation of a telecommunications company and fundraising by way of private placing of £1.5m.
- Acted for management in an industrial sale of Sanctuary Spa, Covent Garden.
- Sale of a music management and publishing company for £11m.
- Sale of a hydraulics company for £1.5m. Although this shows Harrison Clark has the muscle to do the ‘big deals’ the majority of our work is with small to medium-size businesses with annual turnovers of between £250,000 and £20,000,000.
