Caroline was trained at Pinsents. Since qualifying she has always specialised in all aspects of commercial property, but also took on responsibility for the commercial department when taking up partnership at a firm in Evesham.

Since joining Harrison Clark Caroline advises on all aspects of commercial property and has been able to develop her niche interests in commercial leases. Caroline is Head of Landlord and Tenant Services and advises on all aspects of commercial leasehold property, focusing on landlord and tenant liabilities, whether it be for service charges, dilapidations, breaks or easements.
