Emma has acquired wide experience in all aspects of residential property and deals with all freehold and leasehold transactions, equity release schemes, remortgages, transfers of equity and probate related transactions.

Emma began her career at Shoosmiths based in Northampton working within a busy residential property department, and she helped to found the large national conveyancing operation Shoosmiths formed. Emma became a Team Manager and maintained a large case load in addition to the responsibilities of the management of her team of 15 people, where she focused on customer service training to ensure that an extremely high standard of client care was provided.
