Jason is Head of Recoveries at Harrison Clark.

Working alongside an established Insolvency Department he is responsible for dealing with a range of issues relating to debt recovery, banking litigation, loans and securities. He will also be developing a range of services tailored to the banking and finance sector, including advice to directors on loan issues and personal guarantees.

Jason previously worked as a legal advisor in the group litigation department of HSBC in Birmingham where his role included managing the mortgage repossessions and bank charges litigation teams. Prior to that he worked at both Addleshaw Booth & Co and National Westminster Bank.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
