Jon spent the first part of his legal career with Wragge & Co in Birmingham. Initially undertaking a mix of acquisition finance, restructuring and corporate insolvency work, Jon soon chose to specialise solely on insolvency work acting for insolvency office holders, banks, directors and corporate clients alike.

Through Jon’s various assignments he has developed significant expertise in dealing with automotive related insolvencies (from both a manufacturing and retail perspective), insolvencies involving outsourced local authority services and also food sector cases.

As Head of Harrison Clark’s insolvency team, Jon’s experience and caseload now covers both corporate and personal insolvency matters as well as advice on loans and security.
