Caroline was trained at the large Birmingham firm of Pinsents. Since qualifying in 1990 she has always specialised in all aspects of commercial property, but also took on responsibility for the commercial department when taking up partnership at a firm in Evesham in 1995.

Since joining Harrison Clark in November 2004, Caroline has been able to develop her niche interests in commercial leases and planning. In 2007 she was appointed Head of Landlord and Tenant Services and advises on all aspects of commercial leasehold property, focusing on Landlord and Tenant liabilities, whether it be for service charges, dilapidations, breaks or easements.

She is also part of the firm wide team of Rural Land and Business Services. She focuses on fisheries, business farm tenancies and telecommunication masts.
