Mathew specialises in Children's law both private (contact, residence and more unusual and complex cases such as permanent removal from the UK) and Public (when the Local Authority are involved). He has a full understanding of up to date Children' Law including the new Children and Adoption Act 2002.

Mathew conducts a majority of the advocacy himself and is an integral member of the highly successful and regionally recognised Chidren's department at Harrison Clark. Mathew has been involved in cases in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire and Somerset.

He is a member of Resolution and The Association of Lawyers for Children.

Mathew handles caseloads which includes Divorce, Ancillary relief, Domestic Violence cases and Cohabitee disputes'.
