Nesheela Nazir Family Related issues - divorce, financial claims, children matters, domestic violence and cohabittee disputes

Nesheela qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and was promoted to the position of Associate Solicitor in 2004. She is based in both our Worcester and Birmingham offices and deals with all areas of family law to include, divorce, financial settlements, separation, children issues, domestic violence and cohabitee disputes. Her caseload consists of both privately funded individuals and clients who have the benefit of public funding.

Recently Nesheela has been concentrating on raising her own and the firm's profile in Birmingham in light of the re-launch (December 2007) of the Birmingham office which is fronted by Nesheela and Mathew Waddington, Associate Solicitor in the family department with the support of Jonathon Brew, Senior Partner and Andrew Caldicott, Partner. This exciting venture is already proving to be a success!

Nesheela can speak Urdu, Punjabi and Patwaari. She is a member of Resolution and the allocated welfare benefits advisor.
