Most recently Jo worked for a children's entertainment company within The Walt Disney Company dealing with licence agreements, agency agreements and distribution agreements for international home entertainment, publishing, promotions, merchandise and new media rights.

Previously Jo worked at Carlton Television focusing on legal work related to broadcasting, production, format option and licensing, location agreements and related matters.

Jo now deals with a range of commercial contracts for a variety of corporate clients.
