Brenda Spain

Brenda is a Partner within the family law department.

She is highly regarded and has over 20 years’ experience, specialising in the financial aspects of divorce, separation and co-habitation disputes.  She also deals with private children matters, such as removal from the jurisdiction and relocation cases, including those with international elements.  In addition, Brenda advises on domestic violence issues and civil partnerships.

Brenda is listed in the Legal 500. She is a trained mediator and a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and Resolution.
