Christopher Agius

Chris worked in Bristol and then in a top 80 law firm in Cardiff before joining Harrison Clark to head up the real estate finance team.  Chris has specialised in real estate finance /secured lending throughout his career, acting for all of the high street clearing banks as well as many niche banks which lend to specific sectors such as charities and housing Associations.

Chris has considerable experience of acting for banks and borrowers in a wide range of transactions, including but not limited to

• Investment funding
• Development funding
• Mezzanine funding
• Social housing funding
• Healthcare funding
• Charity/third sector funding.
