With considerable experience of disputes in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, Elizabeth advises both corporate and private clients in all areas of commercial disputes, including:
- Applications for injunctions
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Warranty claims
- Unlawful termination claims
- Breaches of confidence
- Partnership disputes
- Breach of restrictive covenants in employment contracts
- Unfair contract terms
- Franchise disputes

- Professional negligence
- Misrepresentation
In addition, Elizabeth has a wealth of experience of alternative dispute resolution, including, mediation, expert determination and early neutral evaluation. She also advises on complex dispute resolution escalation procedures in commercial contracts.
Where appropriate, Elizabeth will look for low-cost, pragmatic solutions, or alternatively adopt a more aggressive stance through to trial or arbitration. Either way, her clients will receive dedicated support at every stage to ensure their case is presented as compellingly as possible, and that they fully understand the risks and benefits of litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
