Shirley Rabbetts

Shirley is a Partner in the Private Client department and specialises in advising individuals regarding estate planning to ensure that assets are protected in the event of their death or incapacity.

This can involve preparing Wills, inheritance tax planning, wealth management and the establishment of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and administration of trusts and estates, including advising on complex personal, agricultural or business assets.  She works closely with other professional advisers to ensure that all aspects of estate planning are covered and that clients’ objectives are achieved.

Shirley is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Private Client Section.
