Our insolvency team is able to deal with the whole range of issues that can arise when insolvency occurs and is able to deal with them quickly, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

Our expertise also includes a strong element of personal insolvency matters and we will deal with all issues arising in bankruptcy, or in trying to avoid bankruptcy, for example by an individual voluntary arrangement.

We also act for and assist individuals who are facing the problems arising from debts they owe and other factors and we are able to advise on possible long-term or short-term solutions to such problems, both within formal insolvency proceedings and outside these. In addition we will assist with advice on how to avoid a terminal situation such as a bankruptcy or a liquidation.
