Richard joined the firm as a Partner to head the Employment Department.
Richard specialises in all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious advising principally employers on matters ranging from their contracts of employment and HR policies to representing them in the Employment Tribunals and the courts.
He has a particular interest in acting for educational establishments in addition to his commercial clients.
He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly appears in Employment Tribunals throughout the country.
