Richard is a Partner in the corporate department who previously worked at DLA Piper in Birmingham. He has many years experience of all aspects of private company corporate transactions, with specific expertise on private equity deals acting either for venture capitalists, institutions or management teams. He also has strong experience of international corporate transactions, having done M&A deals involving businesses in South East Asia, America and Europe.
