Rod joined the firm having previously worked for DLA Piper. Rod is Head of the Business Services Department and Head of the Corporate Team. He is also the firm’s Managing Partner. He specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity funding.

A graduate of Oxford University, Rod previously practised in the USA and Canada where he specialised in international corporate law.
