Tim joined Harrison Clark from The Wilkes Partnership as a Partner. He specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering work for both public and private sector clients including employers, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, immediate past Chairman of the CIArb West Midlands branch, a member of the Executive Committee of the Adjudication Society and the Forum for the Built Environment Midlands Region.
